iconAltitude Cheer & Tumble Mission Statement

Altitude Cheer & Tumble and United All-Stars exist to provide the highest quality cheerleading & tumbling training in a family-oriented atmosphere to local communities. We teach young athletes the importance of self-motivation, self-discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. We train our athletes both mentally and physically to perform at their highest potential, in cheerleading and life. We accomplish these goals through positive motivation, energetic & focused instruction, and a disciplined and organized environment.

iconAltitude Cheer & Tumble Operating Philosophy

  • Everyone accomplishes more in a positive, uplifting environment than in a negative, degrading one.
  • If you hold yourself to a higher standard, everyone around you will rise to your level.
  • “Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude” - Attitude is everything! Your attitude directly affects your performance.
  • As DFW’s premier cheerleading and tumbling training facility, it is our responsibility to progress athletes through our program by teaching proper technique and form.
  • We are not a “recreational” program, and we do not hire coaches to “babysit” our athletes. Coaches are hired to train athletes.
  • “Perfection Before Progression” is the standard of our program. Incorporating proper technique and execution at every level, regardless of age or ability, allows athletes to progress further quickly and safely.
  • “One Step at a Time” is our motto. Our training curriculum is built on the principle of learning and perfecting skills in specific sequence because each new skill we teach builds off the skills taught before it.

iconFree Trial Classes

Altitude Cheer & Tumble offers FREE trial classes for all our cheer & tumbling training programs. To sign-up for a FREE trial class, please call or stop by Altitude, check out our daily schedule, and pick a class that meets your needs and availability.

You must be evaluated by a member of our coaching staff before you can schedule a Trial Class. Athlete evaluations allow our staff to determine the proper class placement for each individual.

iconYearly Registration Fee

All athletes enrolled in our cheer & tumbling training programs must pay a yearly registration fee. This yearly registration fee will be charged at initial enrollment and once-a-year on your initial enrollment month anniversary. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Individual - $35

Family (2 or more athletes in the same family) - $60

All athletes enrolled in United All-Stars must pay a yearly registration fee. All-Star yearly registration fees are charged at try-outs or your initial enrollment.

United All-Stars Yearly Registration Pricing (Effective April 1, 2009):

iconMonthly Tuition

All of our cheer & tumbling training programs at Altitude are 1 hour per week. We highly suggest all athletes enroll in more than 1 hour per week of training. Cheer and tumbling, like every other sport, must be practiced multiple hours per week in order to progress and advance in skill level.

Altitude Cheer & Tumble offers a $5 discount for enrolling in Automatic Draft from a credit or debit card. Automatic Drafts can be set up to run on the 1st or 15th of the month, and enrolling in Automatic Draft ensures no late fees or drop fees! If you would like to set up an Automatic Draft, please complete an Automatic Draft Authorization Form (found in Forms section of website) and / or stop by the Front Desk.

Monthly Tuition Pricing:

1 Class: 1-hour per week - $70; Automatic Draft Discount - $65

2 Classes: 2-hours per week - $95; Automatic Draft Discount - $90

3 Classes: 3-hours per week - $115; Automatic Draft Discount - $110

4 Classes: 4-hours per week - $130; Automatic Draft Discount - $125

If an athlete comes one time or four times a month, the monthly tuition fee remains the same and must be paid in full. Our policy does not change regardless of your individual schedule. We do not operate on a pay as you come basis.

A $10 Late Fee is added on the 15th of the month for unpaid accounts. Athletes with unpaid monthly tuition are dropped from their classes on the 20th of the month and assessed an additional $10 Drop Fee. Athletes who are dropped must zero their balance and pay the current month's tuition in order to re-enroll.

iconSibling Discount

A Sibling Discount on Monthly Tuition is given for 2 or more athletes in the same family.

2nd Athlete - 10% discount

3rd Athlete - 15% discount

4th Athlete and beyond - 20% discount

iconPayment Options

Altitude's preferred method of payment is an Automatic Drafts on a credit or debit card account. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Athletes on Automatic Draft are given a $5 discount on Monthly Tuition and are not required to pay a deposit at initial enrollment.

Altitude also accepts checks and cash. However, if paying monthly tuition by check or cash, you must pay a 1-month deposit when enrolling. This 1-month deposit will be applied toward your last month of training at Altitude when you decide to drop enrollment.

A $30 charge will be assessed for all insufficient funds occurrences and returned checks.

iconClass Ratios

At Altitude, we believe that athletes learn more in smaller classes with more individual attention. Once a class reaches 5 athletes, we typically add an Assistant Coach. If a class reaches over 8 athletes, we add a 2nd Head Coach. In most situations, there will never be more than 5 athletes per coach.

We require at least 3 athletes to keep a class open. If your class enrollment drops to less than 3 athletes, we will assist you in finding another class in our schedule to accomodate your athlete.

If you would like to start a waiting list for a class time not currently offered on our schedule, please stop by the Front Desk or call - 817-562-4494. We will open the new class time once at least 3 athletes are on the waiting list.

If only 1 athlete attends a class, the class time will be shortened to 45 minutes instead of the full hour.

iconMake-up Classes

An athlete may make-up any and all missed classes. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 1-month from the missed class date. Please call in advance to schedule a make-up class.

Altitude Cheer & Tumble will follow the Keller ISD Calendar for Holiday and Bad Weather closings. You should call Altitude for confirmation on these closings. Make-up classes will be available for Bad Weather closings.

iconDrop Policy

You must provide 2-weeks notice on all drops. Drops will not be handled over the phone or by email. You must fill out and sign a Drop Form at the Front Desk in order to be properly dropped from class with no Drop Fees.

Deposits will be applied towards last month's tuition. You must provide a 2-weeks notice when dropping to apply your deposit.

Athletes with unpaid balances will be dropped from their classes on the 25th of the month and assessed a $10 Drop Fee. Athletes must have a zero balance and pay current month's tuition to re-enroll in classes.
